We spent three days at this beautiful property that has incredible attention to detail throughout the house and gardens. They are lovely hosts who truly care but are not intrusive. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts with lots of healthy choices and cappuccino refills on the terrace looking at the olive trees and Spoleto. We had a bbq one night and it was delicious! Great base for exploring the area with a car. It feels so special driving down the small road to get to the property. We hope to return soon.

This hotel was SUCH a surprise treat! My teenage son was performing at the Teatro Nuovo with his high school in Spoleto, and I booked this hotel because it had a pool. What I didn't realize was that it was a HUGE property with all sorts of animals (Donkeys, Turkeys, Chickens, Sheep...), a pool, tennis courts, futsal courts, volleyball, and more! The property was a little out of the way from Spoleto proper (about 15m) but it was absolutely spectacular. My youngest son fell in love with their dog Archie and frankly all of the animals. The owners could NOT have been more amazing! They helped us with our bags, had a lovely breakfast in the morning, and let us roam the property and hang out with all of the animals. We more or less had the property to ourselves as it was off season but there were 1 or 2 other couples there as well. We will absolutely come back to Spoleto and this spot will be our first choice!!!

The food is exceptional! The location is perfect and indescribable! From Casale Fusco you can see the whole valley. The inside is equally beautiful and the rooms are warm, comfortable, large and inviting. I can’t say enough about what a great time we had!

Well kept grounds, lovely rooms, tasty restaurant, all together a perfect getaway and a short drive from many spots to visit in the area. the massage we booked with Annalisa was fantastic, professional and relaxing. We had the most amazing time at this place! We were both feeling a little bit under the weather and the staff did everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible, they even made us soup and brought it to our room and refused to take any charge for it! Can’t recommend it enough!

Augusto was very kind, he prepared a wonderful dinner for two persons, with fantastic stake and vegetables. The room had a big balcony with panoramic vew for the whole valley. Sleeping bed was nice, silence and fresh air made us feel like in mother's hands.
